I reached out to inquire about a Mercedes-Benz GLB and only received a series of automated email responses from a sales agent. When I contacted the dealership’s support team, they assured me that someone would follow up by email — but no one ever did. It’s disappointing, especially since I was genuinely interested in purchasing this vehicle. Very poor communication and follow-up.

Wonderful welcome, I was heard and given good advice when buying my new vehicle. I've also had maintenance done recently and the service advisor recommended the appropriate services according to my Civic's mileage. CONGRATULATIONS TO THE WHOLE TEAM!
