What does the Privilege Program consist of?
Honda de Boucherville offers a customer loyalty program. Once you become a member, you can earn points for your eligible purchases and then redeem them when you buy a new or used vehicle or specific products and services offered by Honda de Boucherville. You can also enjoy other exclusive benefits and privileges.

How do I become a member?
To join the program and receive a card, go to the Service counter or ask your sales consultant. A representative will take down your personal information and give you a card with your personal number that you can start using right away.

How do I collect points?
For each purchase you make, you will receive 10 points per dollar spent at the Service Centre, at the Parts and Accessories counter and for detailing work. If your vehicle is more than three years old or has exceeded 60,000 km, you will receive 20 points per dollar spent instead of 10 points. If your vehicle is more than five years old or has exceeded 100,000 km, you will receive 30 points per dollar spent instead of 10. You can also earn bonus points for specific offers and activities.

Points are awarded on the amount before taxes of your eligible purchases. No points will be awarded for the purchase of a new or used vehicle, for certain special promotions from the manufacturer or for repairs made under warranty, as part of a prepaid maintenance program or paid by an insurer.

What privileges and rewards does the program include?
Program details for each Honda de Boucherville Privilege card are provided in the brochure available at the dealership. Also, you will be advised regularly of special offers and VIP days where additional bonus points will be awarded.

How can I use my points?

You can exchange your points for a rebate of up to $500 towards the purchase of a new or used vehicle, for partial or total payment of service, parts and accessories or for periodic offers based on a reward grid posted at Honda de Boucherville.

How much are the points worth?
Point value varies according to the rewards offered. Each point is worth $0.005. For example, 10,000 points are worth $50.

When do my points expire?
Your points are valid for an unlimited time provided you make at least one transaction within 13 months.

Can I transfer my points to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your points to a family member.

Can a lost or stolen card be replaced?
If your card is lost or stolen, be sure to advise us as soon as possible. We will then cancel your card and transfer your points to a new card. A 1,000-point fee will be deducted if we have to replace your card a second time.

How can I collect additional referral points?
Honda de Boucherville’s customers are excellent ambassadors. If you refer a friend, co-worker or family member to one of our sales consultants and the person you refer buys a new or used vehicle, we will credit 20,000 points to your account.

How can I stay informed of program offers?

We will email you information regarding the program and its exclusive offers on a regular basis. However, should you prefer not to receive such messages, just advise our customer service representative at any time and you will be removed from our mailing list. You can also consult your personal member file at any time at www.hondadeboucherville.com.

Do I have to keep track of my points?
No, our system automatically manages your points for you. You can consult your personal file to see your point balance as well as program benefits and privileges at any time. Just log on at www.hondadeboucherville.com or visit the dealership. Furthermore, you will receive a monthly email statement showing the number of points you’ve collected, the privileges and rewards to which you are entitled as well as some exclusive offers.

Can I participate in the program without Internet access?
Yes, you can participate even if you don’t have Internet access. Every time you use your card, you will be given a transaction statement indicating your balance. You can also ask for information about your account at the dealership. However, certain benefits, special offers or information are available by Internet only.
